Welcome to Growth360Partners. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding.
1. Definitions
- “We,” “Us,” and “Our” refer to Growth360Partners & aiGrowth360
- “Client” or “You” refers to the individual or entity engaging in our services.
2. Scope of Services
Services provided by Growth360Partners & aiGrowth360 are detailed in the approved presentation deck shared during the onboarding process. The deck outlines deliverables, timelines, and expectations, which form the basis of this agreement.
3. Payment Terms
- Invoices must be paid in full within the payment terms specified on your invoice.
- Any payment overdue by more than 10 days will result in the temporary suspension and ownership transfer of related accounts, websites, domains, social media & paid media campaigns and servers to Growth360Partners & aiGrowth360 until the overdue amount is paid in full.
- Upon settlement of outstanding balances, the account will be reinstated, and services will resume under the agreed terms and conditions.
Growth360Partners reserves the right to suspend, disable, or temporarily deactivate social media accounts under our management if payment is overdue. If payment is not made within 15 days of the due date, we will retain administrative access and withhold account transfer until the outstanding balance is paid. Growth360Partners is not responsible for any losses during this period. Account access and ownership will be restored promptly once payment is received in full.
4. Intellectual Property
Ownership of intellectual property created or managed by Growth360Partners & aiGrowth360 will remain with us until full payment is received for all services rendered.
5. Acceptance of Terms
Acceptance of Growth360Partners’ terms and conditions is established through either a signed contract or an approved Statement of Work (SOW). These terms become active upon payment of the first invoice, including policies related to account suspension and payment obligations.
6. Confidentiality
We will maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive data shared during the course of our engagement. Similarly, you agree not to disclose proprietary methods or processes used by Growth360Partners & aiGrowth360.
7. Termination of Services
- If services are terminated for non-payment, ownership of any assets managed by Growth360Partners & aiGrowth360 will remain with us until payment is completed.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Growth360Partners & aiGrowth360 will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or interruptions caused by the temporary suspension of services due to late payments or other violations of these terms.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
10. Governing Law
By engaging with Growth360Partners & aiGrowth360, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
